如何预防中风 从饮食及规律运动著手

          脑中风并非冬季限定,炎炎夏日,仍要提防脑中风这隐形杀手。万芳医院神经内科主治医师陈泓儒表示,三高族群是中风高危险群,应避免增加血管负担,要从饮食及规律运动着手。
         医生指出,要清楚辨识脑中风症状,才能把握黄金治疗期,请大家记得「FAST」,「F」是指Face,脸笑一下,看看是否一侧无力或麻木;「A」是指Arm,两手平举,是否一侧手臂无力;「S」是Speech,说话时,是否口齿不清或者听不懂;最后「T」是Time,及时送医。 三高患者要避免增加血管负担,应建立并维持良好的饮食习惯。医生也表示,平常可多吃地中海饮食及得舒饮食。地中海饮食指地中海周围国家,如西班牙、义大利、希腊等传统饮食方式,特色使用大量橄榄油、谷物、水果和蔬菜,适量鱼、乳制品,少量肉制品。
          得舒饮食是「DASH Diet」中的「DASH」音译而来,而DASH则是Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension的缩写,也就是「用饮食方式防止高血压」的饮食。得舒饮食的特色是高钾、高镁、高钙、高膳食纤维,并降低饱和脂肪酸和胆固醇摄取,简单的说,便是多吃全谷类,以白肉取代红肉、吃足量蔬果,吃坚果并用好油。
          最后,规律运动不可少,医生建议有氧运动,在运动过程中以「无氧代谢」产生乳酸来进行能量转化,运动过程会感到呼吸急促、心跳快速。像游泳、跑步等,尤其游泳,除训练心肺能力,也可提升新陈代谢率。
